Please note that we do not store any financial credit card details.

When you register with Pickled Cherry you will be given the option to receive fabulous promotional emails from Pickled Cherry.    If you would like to receive these emails please select the tick box on the registration page.  If you do not tick this box you will not receive these promotional emails.  You can unsubscribe from these promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in every email, sending an email to unsubscribe@pickledcherry.co.uk This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it or writing to us and we will remove your email address from our marketing records. You can also change your marketing preferences by logging into the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

We track visits made to our website so we can see which products and pages are the most popular.  This allows us to improve our product selection and website to make shopping at Pickled Cherry even better. This tracking is anonymous, we do not know your personal details.

Returns policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not please return it to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us.

Please note that returned items must be in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging)

Goods are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable

If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge for refunds).

We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.

Hand made products

As some of our products are hand made to order using a variety of fabrics we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you see on screen. However it will always be very similar. We like to think that’s what makes our products special and different and we hope you will too.
